About

The acquisition and relaunch of Woodlands Distributors and Agencies sees a return to the fundamental essentials and a focus upon their customers wants and needs. In simple terms, a strong targeted approach with street furniture requirements coupled with consistent and measurable customer service.

The acquisition by Kim Edmonson and Graeme Dix was the catalyst for a business plan that concentrated on quality product representation with iconic Australian brands like “Furphy” and provided a strong platform to engage the customers with a full servicing and maintenance arm.

With ever increasing demand for this model of broad frequency based representation they required an experienced “hands on” field representative who was prepared to service the growing customer base accordingly.

Andrew Wynne joined the company in early July of 2011 and this strong combination has resulted in an expansion of the “service based philosophy” that was already well entrenched with Kim and Graeme’s broad based distribution experience.

The company’s philosophy of “doing the fundamentals correctly” has been received well by the market and the future shows continued growth with an expanding range of customer servicing across Western Australia. The synergies between quality products and humanising the account base will underpin the opportunities for both “Woodlands” and “Furphy”.
